METHOD OF PAYMENT :
Payment is due with your order. Credit card is the preferred method of payment. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. We will accept a Check but reserve the right to ship after the check clears. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.
SHIPPING :
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days but occasionally 3-5 days from time of receipt of your order. SPECIAL ORDERS will take 4-6 weeks. All orders must have street address and phone number as UPS will NOT deliver to PO Box numbers. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Merchandise of equal or greater value may be substituted. We have NO minimum order. Shipments are via UPS Ground Service. Next-day and 2nd-day air are also available at additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders can be placed via telephone (1-610-444-7535), fax (1-610-925-3210) or mail. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. Checks are accepted when drawn in U.S. Funds through a U.S. Bank. All Duties are the customer's responsibility.
RETURNS: will only be accepted with our prior approval so please give us a call first. All claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt and returned to us within thirty (30) days. Returned items must be in it’s original re-saleable condition. Returned items will be issued a refund less the shipping cost. The following items are subject to a restocking fee - hair dryers, cat domains, barriers, crates, xpens, gates, grates, puppy playpens, dividers and grooming tables. Unfortunately we cannot issue credit for items that have been altered or damaged. Beds are not returnable.
If the item is damaged in shipment please submit a claim to the shipper. If your item was shipped via UPS - notify UPS immediately at 800-PICK-UPS and then contact us at 800-417-2442. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton or the damaged merchandise as the carrier’s inspector may want to examine the damage.
